I have owned various blogs in the past, but not like this one. This is a whole new field for me. May 2016, was where my journey began. I was overweight, shy, and constantly suffering from multiple anxiety attacks.
Clearly, I needed a change.
I started at my local gym Snap Fitness Hinckley - here I got a personal trainer and worked myself to the bone every week. With this became a whole new lifestyle, I was no longer this woman who hid away in over-sized t-shirts and jumpers. I became a whole new woman.
I gained a lot of confidence and in short meant I needed new clothes, but, I spent most my days at the gym. It was inconvenient for me going straight from work to the gym workout, so progressively over time my wardrobe slowly turned into 80% activewear.
I wanted to share and showcase what could only be a positive experience of my life. I've been dealing with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Depression for quite some time now and I have finally come to the point in my life where I need something new.
So, I thought I'd share a few tidbits about me...
I own too much activewear - to be honest it's kinda given with this blog I should say.

My 3 bests friends all make up my personality, one is a travel blogger, one is a wedding photographer and the other is a personal trainer
I am a bit obsessed with Taylor Swift
I'm a Wedding & Portrait photographer, I worked with my husband under C&G Weddings
I watch way too many documentaries
I love to travel
